1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Appfide Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, of the Republic of India.

These Terms govern your access to and use of the ReVersion application for iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch, the website located at reversion.me, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 16 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, if higher).
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • Own or have authorized access to a compatible Apple device running the minimum supported operating system (iOS 26+ or iPadOS 26+).
  • Have a valid Apple ID for App Store access and optional iCloud sync.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.

3. Description of the Service

ReVersion is an AI-powered personal health secretary application designed for the Apple ecosystem. The Service provides:

  • Fasting Management: Dynamic fasting tracking with real-time fat burn level indicators via Live Activities and Dynamic Island.
  • Caloric Intelligence: Intake vs. burn analysis with bi-directional HealthKit synchronization.
  • Sleep Analysis: Comprehensive sleep quality tracking and trend visualization using HealthKit sleep data.
  • Mood Tracking: Emotional state logging via Apple's HKStateOfMind API with pattern recognition.
  • AI Health Secretary: A 24/7 personalized AI assistant providing data-driven health insights and recommendations.
  • Multi-Platform Sync: Seamless data synchronization across iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch via HealthKit.

4. Account and Access

4.1 No Company Account Required

In keeping with our privacy-first architecture, ReVersion does not require you to create an account with Appfide Private Limited. There are no usernames, passwords, or profiles stored on our servers. Your identity within the app is managed entirely through your Apple ID and local device storage.

4.2 Waitlist Registration

Access to the pre-release Service may require joining a waitlist by providing your email address. Your position in the waitlist does not guarantee access at any specific time. We reserve the right to grant access at our sole discretion.

4.3 Beta and Pre-Release Access

If you are granted access to a beta or TestFlight version of the Service, you understand that:

  • The beta Service may be incomplete, contain bugs, and could cause device issues.
  • Features may be added, modified, or removed without notice.
  • Your access may be revoked at any time without explanation.
  • Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Service without compensation.
  • You agree not to publicly disclose, screenshot, record, or distribute any aspects of the beta Service without our prior written consent, unless permitted by applicable law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and not to:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application, except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service.
  • Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, or similar technology to access the Service or extract data from the website.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' data, or connected systems.
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than personal health management.
  • Sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service or any part thereof.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.
  • Upload, transmit, or inject malicious code, viruses, or harmful data through the Service.

6. Health and Medical Disclaimer

ReVersion is a health and wellness informational tool only. It is NOT a medical device and is NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

  • Not Medical Advice: The AI-generated insights, recommendations, and information provided by ReVersion are for general wellness and informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Consult a Professional: Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition, health concern, dietary choice, or fitness regimen. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or received from the Service.
  • Emergency Situations: The Service is not designed for emergency medical situations. In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
  • Fasting Risks: Fasting, including intermittent fasting, may not be suitable for everyone. Individuals with diabetes, eating disorders, pregnancy, or other medical conditions should consult a healthcare provider before using fasting features.
  • AI Limitations: AI-generated recommendations are based on algorithms and data patterns. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for your specific health situation. Use them as one of many inputs to your health decisions, not as the sole guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including but not limited to the application software, website, design, graphics, logos, user interface, algorithms, AI models, text, and all other content provided by Appfide Private Limited (collectively, "Company Content") is owned by or licensed to Appfide Private Limited and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

"ReVersion," "Unlocking Younger Me," the ReVersion logo, and other marks are trademarks or registered trademarks of Appfide Private Limited. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

7.2 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your personal health data. Because your data remains on your device within Apple HealthKit, we do not claim any ownership, license, or rights to your health data. We cannot access it, and we have no interest in it.

7.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas, or feedback regarding the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose, without compensation to you. Do not submit Feedback that you consider confidential or proprietary.

8. Subscription, Pricing, and Payments

8.1 Pricing Model

ReVersion may offer both free and premium subscription tiers. Details of available plans, features, and pricing will be communicated through the App Store and within the application. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

8.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store. Appfide Private Limited does not directly collect, process, or store any payment information (credit card numbers, billing addresses, etc.). All payment-related inquiries should be directed to Apple.

8.3 Subscription Renewal and Cancellation

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation can be managed through your Apple ID account settings.
  • No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods unless required by applicable law.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

8.4 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple and is typically limited to one trial per Apple ID per subscription type.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • APPFIDE PRIVATE LIMITED DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
  • IN NO EVENT SHALL APPFIDE PRIVATE LIMITED, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
  • OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
  • APPFIDE PRIVATE LIMITED IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY HEALTH OUTCOMES, MEDICAL DECISIONS, OR PHYSICAL CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Appfide Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages, and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use or misuse of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any rights of a third party.
  • Any health-related claim arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

11.1 Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the application from your devices. Because your data is stored locally, deleting the app removes all ReVersion-specific data from your device. HealthKit data remains in Apple Health as managed by you.

11.2 Our Right to Terminate

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if:

  • You breach any provision of these Terms.
  • We are required to do so by law.
  • We discontinue the Service or any material part thereof.
  • Continued provision of the Service becomes commercially impracticable.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Because your health data is stored locally and not on our servers, termination does not result in any data loss on our end. Sections 6 (Health Disclaimer), 7 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 10 (Indemnification), 13 (Governing Law), and 14 (Dispute Resolution) survive termination.

12. Modifications to Terms and Service

12.1 Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

  • We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
  • We will provide notice via email (if you are on the waitlist) or in-app notification.
  • Material changes take effect 30 days after posting, unless otherwise stated.
  • Continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12.2 Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to add, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation within 60 days.

14.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, of India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent in Kochi, Kerala, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Appfide Private Limited regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

15.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.3 Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Our failure to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

15.5 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or third-party service failures.

15.6 Notices

We may provide notices to you via email (to the address associated with your waitlist registration), through the application, or by posting on our website. You may provide notices to us by emailing [email protected].

16. Apple-Specific Terms

The following terms apply to the extent the Service is accessed via an Apple device:

  • Acknowledgment: These Terms are between you and Appfide Private Limited, not Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
  • Scope of License: Your license to the Service is limited to a non-transferable license to use the application on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
  • Maintenance and Support: Appfide Private Limited is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the Service. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services.
  • Warranty: In the event of a failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple. Apple's maximum liability shall be limited to refunding the purchase price (if any) of the Service.
  • Product Claims: Appfide Private Limited, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service, including product liability claims, regulatory compliance claims, and consumer protection claims.
  • Intellectual Property: In the event of a third-party intellectual property claim, Appfide Private Limited, not Apple, is solely responsible for investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
  • Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple shall have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

17. Open Source Software

The Service may include open source software components subject to separate license terms. Nothing in these Terms restricts your rights under, or grants you rights that supersede, the license terms of any applicable open source software. A list of open source components and their respective licenses will be made available within the application settings.
